• Respecting the personality and dignity of each employee, adhering to Integrated Management Systems national and international laws, regulations, directives, and standards, refraining from corporate punishment except for violations, illegal activities, intentional behaviors, or other inappropriate activities determined, and not allowing verbal, physical, or psychological harassment and coercion to ensure the security of personnel,
• Ensuring the health and safety of all personnel involved in operations, preventing accidents at the source, minimizing potential accidents, and ensuring the continuous improvement of operational safety and security levels for all personnel at all levels to prevent occupational diseases,
• Preventing pollution caused by harmful waste and evaluating recyclable waste, reducing the use of limited natural resources to preserve natural assets, and taking necessary precautions and ensuring their implementation to improve all activities affecting the environment positively,
• Planning and implementing monitoring and training activities to develop awareness and environmental consciousness regarding Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Social Responsibility issues for employees, stakeholders, and suppliers.
